Blink 182

The challenge of making this 2D illustrated artwork exist within a 3D space was a lot of fun. This teaser TV commercial was used to promote Blink 182′s latest album ‘Neighborhoods’.

Tim Hortons

We had a lot of fun working with JWT to create this animated holiday spot for Tim Hortons. We made sure to sample as many timbits as possible to really get into the creativity flowing, and it seems like it may have worked as the project was a huge success!

HBO Summer Heat

We were quite excited to work on this promo spot for HBO’s summer lineup which featured ALL of our favourite shows. They wanted it to be slick and ‘explosive’ so we took the branding in that direction. The awesome vampire footage didn’t hurt either.

Danier Style Room

We created this massive flash website for Danier’s fall and winter campaigns. The sites featured a virtual fashion show, photo galleries, contests and other interactive goodies to get users excited about the new styles. Think Tank conceptualized, designed and executed the website which was a massive success.

An Evening With John Mayer

We got the opportunity to direct an intimate John Mayer concert, live in Toronto, for Bell ExpressVu. We also created the motion graphics segment. The show was later broadcast in HD on Bell TV. It was a great time working with the whole Bell crew!

Durex Heroes

We built this massive website/city/world for Durex Condoms to showcase their ‘Durex Heroes’ campaign. Users could explore this interactive city from top to bottom, but not before taking an online survey to decide which Durex character would be best matched for them. Once this was done they would search the city, using pickup line after pickup line to find their match. That’s when the fun began and they were able to visit the ‘penthouse suite’ and become a Durex Hero.

Mpix Bumpers

Mpix wanted to switch up their branding a bit with a series of bumpers that showcased all of their various genres of films. We produced these shorts that combine live action with 2D and 3D animation to deliver their request. Special thanks to our axe wielding maniac.

Ford Bumpers

This series of bumpers for Ford Canada was created to illustrate their love for all things hockey (and Canada). The series was conceptualized and executed entirely by Think Tank and was featured in a variety of media outlets including on the jumbo screens at hockey games.

Ill Scarlett: Don’t Take This For Granted

For Ill Scarlett’s latest music video we had the idea to cover the band head to toe in technicoloured paint and film the entire thing in super slow motion. The result is a reminder that paint is not a toy.

Teletoon Retro

These spots were created as announcement spots for Teletoon’s Retro Hall Of Fame. We created all the graphics for these which gave us access to hours and hours of our favorite childhood cartoons. It is now our company policy to offer a happiness discount to any project that allows us to watch Thundercats.

Wax Records

We created this site for our good friends at Wax Records. They wanted a one stop place to showcase their impressive artist roster, tour info, licensing, merch etc. We created this site to be slick and design heavy, but simplistic and easily updatable. For Christmas we also sent them a singing telegram, just to say “we love you”.
